The facade of Congo Heights introduces a straightforward yet impactful
approach to vertical living. With its structured scaffolding still in place,
the architectural intent is already evident—an emphasis on bold contrast
and clean geometry.
Framed by deep terracotta-toned volumes on either side, the central
section opens up with repetitive balcony cutouts, finished in a lighter
beige palette that adds warmth and rhythm to the structure. The
contrast between the earthy red and the sandy beige tones defines the
building’s character, giving it a strong presence in the surrounding
urban fabric.
The use of modular vertical framing and a recessed core offers depth,
shadow, and visual separation between private and public spaces. Once
completed, the facade will balance color impact with openness, offering
a dynamic yet grounded residential identity.
