openness. The facade combines terracotta-toned cladding elements
with dark metal framing and expansive glazing, introducing a bold
rhythm across the building’s vertical surfaces.

The alternating patterns of solid and transparent panels help modulate
light and privacy, while integrated planters soften the geometry with
curated greenery. The twin towers are visually unified yet distinct,
connected by elevated bridges and recessed sections that create
dynamic shadow play throughout the day.

Inspired by the idea of “sky and garden,” the facade draws a clear
dialogue between urban living and natural integration. Material choices
